Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Free Trial
All new Pro subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card charge occurs during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription converts automatically to a paid monthly plan at the end of the trial period.
2. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except as set out below.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error — for example, if you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount — contact us at hello@tessara.chainofthought.xyz within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if we confirm an error, issue a full refund of the incorrect charge within 10 business days.
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Once a billing period has begun, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused access, or change of mind. We encourage you to make use of the 14-day free trial to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid plan.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside the circumstances above may be granted at the sole discretion of COT Research Pte Ltd. To request a discretionary refund, contact us at hello@tessara.chainofthought.xyz with details of your situation. We will consider each request on its merits but make no commitment to grant refunds in these cases.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and forms part of our Terms of Service.
